Hobby House Hill

I know it has been forever since I have updated so I thought I would write a quick post. I recently returned from the Hobby House Hill from our Fall Scrapbook retreat. I have been so excited about this retreat and I'm sad to say its over. I was able to alot done an I'm still caught up on my scrapbooking. I didn't get as much sleep as I would have liked but I needed to extra time to work on some pages. Anyways, here is a picture of our group from the retreat.

Gypsy

I am so excited about this gadget. I have thought about getting it for a while now but I waited until the price was right before I would purchase. Well, I found it on sale and I ordered it. I can't wait to try it out. I hope it will make using my cricut a little easier and my scrapbook projects even better. I will have to post pictures of some of the projects I create with it.

Family Skate Night

The family went to Interskate in Lewisville to celebrate Josh's birthday. I wasn't sure how Jaden would do since this was his first time skating but he really surprised me. He did really well and enjoyed it to. We ended up getting him a trainer(although he really didn't need it). He liked to use the trainer because he could go "super fast". When Jaden would fall I would tell him good save and before long Jaden would fall and say "That was a batman save". I'm not sure where he got that from but it was really cute. I think that family skate night was a huge success and I can't wait to do it again. Here are a few pictures from the night:

Snow

Well, the first signs of winter are here. I woke up this morning and let Harley outside and was surprised to see our yard covered in snow. Unfortunately we didn't get much time to play in the snow because we had to rush off to work. I did get a few pictures of the snow.

Missing Dad

I was going thru my summer vacation photos earlier this week (I know I'm really behind on things) and I found this photo that just made my heart melt. We went on vacation in Galveston this summer and my Dad was staying overnight nearby. We drove to Kemah to meet him for dinner and we snapped this photo on the boardwalk. I will treasure these memories forever.
